- If cheesy children’s movies (and books) havn’t convinced you yet, Love is, indeed, the most powerful emotion of them all. Specifically, it is more powerful than lust, an emotion often believed to rule the world. In your face, cynicists!
- And now to something that is actually romantic: two geeks have decided lately to exchange slightly out-of-the-ordinary wedding vows. Namely, these vows are based on Pi and Phi. From the website:
π symbolizes the enduring, cyclical nature of our relationship. φ, also known as the golden ratio, symbolizes balance and proportion. Like love, both numbers are irrational.

Damn, now Google will index my blog and it won’t be a Googlewhack anymore.
I’m offended! apparantly, one of the bloggers I am RSSing named sharon, has decided to jokefull create a sticker against my favorite fruit, the passionfruit.
In correspondance, and after considering that i’m bored and that I really shouldn’t let the GIMP binary lie in my hard drive, unused, i’ve decided to declare war against the war against the passionfruit (Ba Bam!)

(I also know it’s stupid, but the only other idea I could think of was “passionfruit, because Apple is a registered trademark”)
here’s a diary of an american person teaching english in a japanese Jr. High School. Really hillarious, even though he seems to see america in too much of an ideal light.
makes me wish there would be a diary of a non-american (especially japanese) teacher in america (I used to have a “this place is wierd” type diary, but now i’ve got used to the wierd things). if anyone can find one (prefferably in english or hebrew), I would be eternally grateful (even though that’s not really worth much).
[you see? that’s the benefit of having http://del.icio.us/popular/ as your front page]
