Winter 2007 – Deadline to submit: 1/25/07.
Community Resource Instructors must be experts in their field and approved by the Community Resource Monitor in charge of their field. CR Monitors are certified AAPS teachers.
CR Instructors not employed by an educational institution must submit to a criminal check.
Students and their CR Instructor must submit a completed Course Plan Cover Sheet with an attached syllabus (syllabus instructions).
CR Instructors and CR Monitors need to communicate during the semester, so accurate contact information is necessary.
CR Instructors will be contacted by the CR Monitor at least five times over the course of the semester:
Students and CR Instructors will provide documentation of completed work at the mid-term and final evaluation. CR monitors may also request documentation at other times.
